SUMMARY:

The Sales Admin is responsible for supporting and coordinating with the requirements of the sales team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinate with various functional teams to deploy collaborative products onto the MFast platform seamlessly.
• Monitor sales performance and oversee the operational aspects of collaborative projects with partners.
• Recommend tailored sales processes and policies for each collaborative product.
• Communicate policies effectively and provide user support on policy-related inquiries.
• Act as a primary point of contact between partners and MFast users regarding procedural, product, and system-related matters.
• Develop customized reports based on specific criteria: products, sales models, and pertinent business metrics for individual projects.
• Consistently track key business metrics and drive sales initiatives to stimulate revenue growth, suggesting adjustments when needed.
• Engage directly with user teams to offer timely support on operational queries, product insights, policy clarifications, and more.
• Assist in providing appropriate sales tools aligned with each unique sales model.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position at a consumer finance company or in any industry as a Sales Admin.
• Strong understanding of consumer finance and banking industry.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Advanced in professional report skills
• Good communication.
• Ability to handle work under pressure
• Cooperative and supportive attitude
• Ability to work on-site (fulltime)
