Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receive requirements from Product Owners in Vietnam (headquarter) and the Philippines (branch).
- Provide and consult solutions matched with the customer’s business.
- Provide detailed specifications with mockups, workflows, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Join the scrum team grooming to explain user stories for developers and the quality team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to conduct UAT and release product features to clients.
- Ensure the engineering team delivers features that fulfill business values for end customers.
- Conduct sprint review with customer by demoing the completed features.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis role.
- Experience in Fintech, Insurance and E-Commerce.
- Proficiency in working in Agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate a product vision effectively to stakeholders.
- Ability to innovate, adapt, and acquire new skills.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently.
