Job Description

SUMMARY:
The Sales Capability Supervisor (Training Supervisor) is responsible for training and developing the capacity of the sales team (MFast’s users) to achieve targets.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Develop and implement a sales capacity development plan based on the company‘s business goals and strategies.
  • Build and organize training programs and coaching for salespersons about product knowledge, sales processes, sales policies, and sales abilities.
  • Mentor salespeople and accompany them to the market to monitor and execute sales; analyze, supervise, and improve training content to enhance training efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate salespeople‘s performance to ensure they fulfill sales objectives and quality standards.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure that sales policies, product knowledge, and communication with the sales staff are up-to-date.
  • Regular reports on training performance and advancement toward sales capacity-building targets.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager or related to the scope of work to achieve the business goals of the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position at consumer finance companies.
  • Firmly understanding financial products (deferred payment, installment, consumer loan...).
  • Experience building training materials, and effectively using PowerPoint and other document design tools.
  • Good-looking.
  • Training needs analysis skills
  • Ability to teach and coach both online and in person.
  • Communication skills and good relationship establishment.
  • Ability to travel for business (training in various locations).
