Job Description

SUMMARY:

The Project Financial Administrator is responsible for supporting and coordinating with the sales team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Work with different teams to smoothly launch collaborative products on the MFast platform.
  • Track sales performance and manage the operational side of projects with relevant stakeholders.
  • Suggest sales processes and policies tailored to each product.
  • Communicate these policies and assist salespersons with any related questions.
  • Serve as the main contact between departments and salespersons for product, system, and process issues.
  • Create customized reports based on products, sales models, and business metrics for each project.
  • Regularly monitor key business metrics, suggest improvements, and drive initiatives to boost sales.
  • Provide timely support to sales teams on operations, product details, and policy questions.
  • Help provide the right sales tools for each sales model.
  • Other tasks are assigned by the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at a consumer finance company or in any industry as a DSA (Direct Sales Agent).
  • Understanding consumer finance and the banking industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Advanced in professional report skills
  • Good communication.
  • Ability to handle work under pressure
  • Cooperative and supportive attitude
  • Ability to work on-site (full-time)
