Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the assigned region to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management to aid in resource allocation and planning.
- Propose salary policies, incentives, and contests tailored for Sales staff, ensuring alignment with the company‘s budget while being competitive with the market.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to enhance their performance and skills.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.
- Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Generate reports on team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.
- Coordinate with other departments to align strategies and resources.
- Report results and operations directly to the Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 05 years of experience in managing field sales teams.
- Solid knowledge of the fintech, banking, and insurance industries, especially consumer lending products.
- Have the ability to operate and develop a Sales network nationwide.
- Be able to deliver reports and analyses.
- Strong communication skills.
- Solid planning skills, efficiently operating and managing.
- Working under high pressure.
