The Head of Partnership plays a pivotal role in the company‘s growth strategy by establishing and managing strategic partnerships that align with the organization‘s mission, goals, and objectives. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with potential partners to drive business growth and revenue generation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and engage potential FIs and bank partners complementing the company‘s offerings and strategic direction.
- Representing MFast‘s Hanoi branch and leading the partnership team in both HCMC and Hanoi sites to develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with the company‘s objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual success.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and strategic relationships.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and trends related to partnerships and alliances.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar field in banking, fintech, and/or finance companies.
- Good relationships and strong experience working with major financial institutions and banks in Hanoi.
- A good connection with regulators (e.g., SBV) is advantageous.
- Proven experience in partnership development and management, ideally in a similar leadership role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
