Job Description
SUMMARY
The Finance and Accounting Manager position will have responsibility for corporate accounting, and financial systems and ensure the completion of the common duties of the Finance & Accounting department.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Budget planning and funding:
- Responsible for annual operating budget of Company
- Building & managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of financial statements
- Responsible for timely monthly/quarterly/annually consolidated financial statements, payments, cashflow management reporting for submission
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
- Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
2. Accounting procedures and system:
- Set up accounting procedures, bookkeeping, collect accounting information, set up forms, reports and documents storage process.
- Checking, analyzing, evaluating of the works done, financial standard and compliance with financial regulations
- Organize accounting system and control accounting entries, transactions of the Company
3. Tax and financial reports:
- Supervise the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and all schedules as required by BOD, investors and Vietnamese government
- Responsible for all taxation matters and all statutory fillings
- Coordinate with a big4 auditor to ensure timely year end audit for annual finance statement auditing
REQUIREMENT
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA/ACCA
- Having the experience working with Big 4 auditors
- Experience in financial analysis in the retail lending
- General knowledge of Vietnamese tax and IFRS
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Experience in Fintech, financial company is an advantage
