Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Receive requirements from Product Owners in Vietnam and The Philippines.
  • Provide and consult solutions matched with the customer’s business
  • Provide detailed specifications with mockup, workflow, user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Join the scrum team grooming to explain user stories for developers and the quality team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conduct UAT and release product features to clients
  • Ensure the engineering team delivers features that fulfill business values for end customers.
  • Conduct sprint review with customer by demoing the completed features
REQUIREMENT
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Good English in communication and written.
  • Proficiency in working in Agile environment
  • Experience in Fintech, Insurance and E-Commerce is big plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate a product vision effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ability to innovate, adapt, and acquire new skills.
