Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and service providers to analyze business needs, propose optimized solutions, and support the development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with stakeholders (internal teams, partners, vendors) to gather, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements.
• Analyze requirements to define project scope and propose feasible, optimized solutions.
• Recommend improvements to business processes and design efficient business workflows.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), User Stories, Use Cases, and Business Process Flows.
• Work closely with the UX/UI team to design user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.
• Monitor project progress, handle issues as they arise, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any changes in business requirements.
• Clearly communicate business needs and solutions to development and QA teams.
• Support post-deployment issue resolution and ensure smooth product adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong logical and critical thinking abilities with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend efficient solutions.
• Basic understanding of APIs and ability to read technical documentation.
• Skilled in creating detailed and professional business analysis documents.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall.

Communication & Presentation Skills

• Clear and concise communication skills (both verbal and written) across various stakeholders including technical, business, and management teams.
• Active listening and effective questioning techniques to extract key information.
• Ability to present complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience in: E-commerce: order placement, payment processes, product and customer management. Inventory and Supply Chain Management: stock control, process optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of the Insurance domain, especially in non-life insurance products and integration with partners.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in Financial Services, including consumer lending products and banking account integration.
