JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties of the Senior Growth Marketing Executive is as follows:
- Develop, coordinate and/or execute online & offline campaigns to increase the number of active MFast app users: promotions, contests, games, activation events, training workshops, etc.
- Conduct regular, extensive marketing optimization and experimentation to improve middle and lower funnel conversion in collaboration with other departments (Sales, Customer Support, Business Intelligence, etc.)
- Work with other Marketing team members to develop and test new concepts that will make our marketing more engaging and efficient
- Others: to be assigned by the Line manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in any field with 4-5 years relevant experience.
- Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work
- Highly analytical and fluent in deriving insights from data
- Creative thinker with desire and willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done.
- Experience working with marketing automation and engagement platforms is an advantage.
- English proficiency is a plus
